• Demolition of existing structures for the construction of 41
townhome units, 28 single family lots, and the improvement of
existing lake prior to the dedication to the City.

• Architectural elevation review for lots 33 - 35.

a. RZ1 8-07/VC1 8-03, 3170 Webb Road
Request(s):
• To rezone from T-5 (Transect Zone) to T-6 (Transect Zone) within the
Deerfield Form Based Code to develop a 103,360 square foot self -
storage facility on 1.401 acres and the following 2 part concurrent
variance 1) To increase the maximum setback to 32 feet along
Webb Road (Chapter 64, Art 20, Table 11 (f.l .) and 2) To reduce
the parking from 362 spaces to 20 spaces. (Chapter 64, Art 20.4.9.1)
