Byrnes Demo, 14940 Freemanville Road Request(s):  A demolition of existing structures on property. Motion to approve: Tim Bryan 2nd: Reid Casey Vote:--5-0. Motion approved. b. McClure Demo, 325 Hickory Flat Road Request(s):  A demolition of an abandoned house on property. Motion to approve: Tim Bryan 2nd: Beniquez Palmer Vote:--5-0. U18-04/VC18-05, 13665 Cogburn Road Request(s):  A Use Permit for Alternative Senior Housing for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Another Use Permit to expand existing single family residence to 2,000 square foot house with 4 bedrooms for a total of 8 residents and construct a new 1,500 square foot guest house and detached garage. A concurrent variance to reduce the 60 foot primary setback to 50 feet where the house encroached. Comments:  Be aware of requirements for accessibility in new house: door widths, grab bars, turning radius.  Possibly put residents in new house instead of the existing.  Respect the rural viewshed. Possible limit addition or build to the side in order to stay out of front setback  Area behind parking spaces requires 24 feet for pullout b. U18-06, 85 Green Road Request(s):  A Use Permit for 9,700 square foot day care facility. Comments:  Applicant should meet with residents. Add conditions to use permit to address their concerns.  Meet conditions of traffic study.  Limit noise/light pollution.  Add limit on afterschool program.  Develop a good landscape plan to shield neighbors.  Present signage package to ensure signage is appropriate. 8) New business 9) Old business 10) Adjournment
