Webb Road Demo, 2915 Webb Road Request(s): • Demo structures on property for a storage facility, parking lot, above ground detention pond, storm and sanitary sewer. V18-003, 14135 Cogburn Road Request(s): • To allow a deck to encroach into the 75 foot impervious setback. Comments: No concerns. b. V18-004, 15955 Freemanville Road Request(s): • To allow a pool, pool deck, and pool equipment to encroach into the 75 foot impervious setback. • To allow a pool, pool deck, and pool equipment to encroach into the 50 foot stream buffer. Comments: Nice improvement to the site. Nothing objectionable. c. U18-07/VC18-06, 850 Hickory Flat Road Request(s): • A Use Permit for an outdoor music festival for periodic concerts (Sec. 64-1812) and a 9 part concurrent variance to the following zoning ordinance requirements: 1) 64-1812(b)(2); 2) 64-1812 (b)(4); 3) 64-1812 (b)(5); 4) 64-1142(a)(3)(b); 5) 64-1812(b)(6); 6) 64-1317(f); 7) 64-1356(b); 8) 64-1323(a); and 9) 64-1323(c) on 6.48 acres.
