HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD ORDINANCE 18-04-347 - 04/23/2018 - AMEND CHAPTER 64 TRANSECT ZONESTATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF FULTON ORDINANCE NO. 18-04-347 RZ18-08 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ARTICLE XIX OF CHAPTER 64 — CRABAPPLE FORM BASED CODE TO AMEND TABLE 1 TRANSECT ZONE DESCRITIONS. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Milton, GA while in a regularly called council meeting on April 23, 2018 6:00 p.m. as follows: SECTION 1. That the amendment of Article XIX, Table 1 Transect Zone Descriptions in the City of Milton Zoning Ordinance is hereby adopted and approved; and is attached hereto as if fully set forth herein, and; SECTION 2. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, or regulations in conflict herewith are repealed. SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption. This table provides descriptions of the character of each Transect Zone. T-2 RURAL m T-2 Rural Zone consists of sparsely settled ; 4m,,r y,a lands in open or cultivated states. These "1M include woodland agricultural land, , grassland, and irrigable desert. Typical 111116) W buildings are farmhouses, agricultural buildings, and cabins. T-3 SUB -URBAN ® T-3 Sub -Urban Zone consists of low ; 4m,,r y,a density residential areas, adjacent to "1M higher zones that have some mixed use.
