Hello Everyone,
It has come to my attention there is false info going around Milton regarding this issue. So my
response should have been, Do the least amount of damage to the intersection. Less townhomes
more single family. Thank you.

Hello Mayor and City Council,
I would like to express my concern regarding this voting issue. When someone
purchases a lot or large parcel of property they know what it is zoned and should know
if they can build whatever it is they want to build there before purchasing. You know
this. However, it seems we are going back to the idea a builder can buy a parcel of land
and feel he/she can get their way in The City of Milton by just asking for it. Lets not go
back to the old ways of give them what they want.
They knew what they had when purchasing. If it wasn't going to work then they should
not have purchased. If I wanted something like this on my land I know what the answer
would be. And it would not be yes go a head.
Vote no on this variance and anything else like it.
