V18-003, 14135 Cogburn Road Request(s): • To allow a deck to encroach into the 75 foot impervious setback. Motion to approve with conditions: Hodge Patel Conditions: • Per site plan by B.C. Engineering, dated 3/29/18 • Pervious pavers are to be used under the deck 2nd: Todd Chernik Vote: 4-0, Motion approved b. V18-004, 15955 Freemanville Road Request(s): • To allow a pool, pool deck, and pool equipment to encroach into the 75 foot impervious setback. • To allow a pool, pool deck, and pool equipment to encroach into the 50 foot stream buffer. Motion to approve with conditions: Todd Chernik Conditions: • Approval of two part variance • Per site plan by Boundary Zone, Inc., dated 1/9/2017 • Remove gravel from 50 foot buffer • Revegetate previously disturbed areas in 50 foot buffer.
