STAFF REPORT
Chris Lagerbloom, City Manager
The Historic Preservation Commission has asked to meet with the council regarding the proposed
Historic District in Crabapple . We are trying to coordinate this meeting. I tried to schedule it to occur
immediately following the July 14th work session but there is not a quorum of the HPC on that date . At
our regularly scheduled council meeting on Monday, July ih, Councilmember Hewitt will recommend a
new HPC board member which will allow a quorum at future HPC meetings . If I am able to get a
quorum of the HPC to meet on July 21 st, which is our second regularly scheduled meeting of the month,
would 5:00 p.m. on that date work for you? There have been three public hearings regarding the
Crabapple Historic District by the HPC and prior to taking action they would like to obtain your
thoughts on the issue.
ADJOURNMENT
(Agenda Item No. 14-182)
Motion and Vote: Councilmember Thurman moved to adjourn the Regular Meeting at 6:50 p.m.
Councilmember Kunz seconded the motion . The motion passed unanimously (6-0).
After no further discussion the Special Called Council Meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
Date Approved: July 21,2014.
