HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 18-06-361 - 06/04/2018 - Amend Appendix A - Alcoholic BeveragesSTATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF FULTON ORDINANCE NO. 18-06-361 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND APPENDIX A, SECTION 4-52 RELATED TO CHAPTER 4 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MILTON, GEORGIA BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Milton, Georgia while in regular session on June 4, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. as follows: SECTION 1 That the condition of Appendix A has revisions in Sec. 4-52. - Publication costs; SECTION 2 That the Chapter shall be revised in compliance with the State of Georgia; SECTION 3 That all ordinances or part of ordinances that conflict with the terms of this ordinance are hereby repealed; and SECTION 4 This Ordinance shall become effective upon adoption by the Mayor and City Council and the signature approval of the Mayor.
