(Approximately 400 yards from the proposed outdoor venue) Personally we are not overly concerned, assuming it is limited to a half dozen or fewer events in the summer. However, we are concerned about the practicality of parking and traffic that comes with such events. I believe the only practical way to resolve the parking is to utilized the parking at the Methodist Church and shuttle people. Otherwise, the solutions I've seemed purposed will simply not accommodate the crowd. I would also propose changing the speed limit within a 1/4 mile radius of the intersection to 25 MPH. With the addition of the proposed new restaurant, the new neighborhood across the street, etc; there will be a growing amount of pedestrian traffic and people drive too fast exiting the immediate area. 22 Thank You, James Garrett A C I117r4i1i1
