3. Adoption/Amendment of Agenda
Motion to approve: Todd Chernik

Vote: 6-0, Motion approved
4. Approval of May meeting minutes
Motion to approve: Todd Chernik
2nd: Hodge Patel
Vote: 4-0*, Motion approved
*Brenda Hamstead and Kim Keller were absent from May Meeting
5. Consideration of Primary Variances
a. V18-005, 3505 Bethany Bend – To be Deferred
Request(s):
• To allow a second ground sign.
• To all ow a non-monument ground sign.
Motion to defer: Todd Chernik
2nd: Hodge Patel
Vote: 6-0, Motion approved
b. V18-006, 13600 Providence Road
Request(s):
• To allow an accessory structure to be located in the front yard.
• To allow an accessory structure to encroach into the minimum front
yard.
Motion to approve with conditions: Todd Chernik
Conditions:
• Existing non-conforming accessory structures shall not be
expanded.
• Add plantings to screen accessory structures from Providence
Road. Planting plan to be approved by City Arborist.
• Limit use as planned to existing equipment shed. No housing of
livestock.
• Complete siding installation and paint, as noted in scope of work as
approved by the City Architect.

Vote: 5-1, Hodge Patel voted against, Motion approved
