Mayor, Council,
Good morning.
Please find this email from Mr. Broussard in response to the city attorney's request for Milton's
records. It is a start. I've followed up this morning with Don and asked for his response to be broader
than simply emails and also that he send whatever attachments were included in these emails.
I read the situation well enough to understand the sensitivity of asking for these records. Unless you
direct me otherwise, I will simply forward the content to you as it comes in and copy the clerk for
inclusion in Optiview and the city attorney so he can stay up to speed on the response.

Chris,
Attached as a .zip file are all the additional emails relating to Town Planning & Design's assignment with the City of Milton.
These 64 emails were exchanged with persons who were not on the City of Milton staff from October 2014 through
August 2015 (though in some cases, city staff may have been courtesy -copied). A search of my email files indicated that
370 emails were either sent to or received directly from staff members or officials using the address "cityofmiltonga.us".
As the city attorney acknowledged in an earlier email, the City of Milton already has custody of those emails.
Although searching for these "third -party" emails was fairly straight forward, I felt it was not acceptable to merely forward
these to you as they would have had no real date chronology. Further, there was no way under my email service (AOL) to
convert these to PDFs in "batches". Each email had to be individually opened and converted to PDF form and a date
added in its file name, hence the need for several hours of time. I appreciate the City understanding this. The PDF format
should readily accommodate any open record requests for these documents conveniently in either electronic format or
printed on paper. Please confirm the receipt of these and that they opened properly. Let me know if there is anything else
I can do. Thanks.
