COUNTY OF FULTON ORDINANCE NO. 15-03-237
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 34, ARTICLE II — REGULATION OF PUBLIC
PARKS - SECTION 34-22(A), PROHIBITED ACTS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Milton, Georgia while in a regular called
council meeting on the 16`h day of March, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. as follows:
SECTION 1. That the amendment to Chapter 34, Article II — Section 34-22(a) as reflected in the
highlighted language, is hereby adopted and approved; and is attached hereto as if fully set forth
herein;
SECTION 2. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, or regulations in conflict herewith are
repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption.

Chapter 34 — Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs
Chapter 34 of the City of Milton's Code of Ordinances, regarding Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs, shall
be amended as follows:
Paragraph (a) of Section 34-22, entitled "Prohibited acts," shall be amended as follows:
Alcoholic beverages. Unless a public facilities permit has been obtained under Chapter 4 of this Code,
it shall be unlawful for any person to possess and consume any alcoholic beverage, or be under the
influence of alcoholic, malt and vinous beverage, within any public park and within any building or
facility under the supervision of the city recreation and parks department.
