Request(s):
• Demolition of existing single-story residence.

• Complete demolition of existing structure.

• Owner is subdividing property in order to construct a new
residence. The existing outbuildings encroach into the building
setback lines and need to be removed for approval.

Request(s):
• To allow a guest house to be located in the front yard.

Request(s):
• To allow a structure to encroach into the 75 foot impervious
setback.
• To allow the septic tank system to encroach into the 75 foot
impervious setback.
Comments:
• The septic will be the hard part once the house is built
• Make sure there is room for septic
• 4,000 square foot house requirement per HOA
• Talk to staff regarding building placement and any retaining walls
c. Legacy Crossing, 13695 Highway 9
Request(s):
• To paint Center
Comments:
• If the building was painted the right white, it would help
• Prefer one color. Some sort of earth tones
• Should be a mix of what is up the street
• The building just doesn’t fit in with the rest of the area
• Bring pictures/color samples for us to see
• Be careful of color on the actual material
• See samples on the actually unit
• Paint should be an eggshell finish
