Redd Road Demo, 1940 Redd Road Request(s): • Demolition of existing single-story residence. Motion to approve: Reid Casey 2nd: Tim Bryan Vote: 4-0. Motion approved b. Charlotte Drive Demo, 12450 Charlotte Drive Request(s): • Complete demolition of existing structure. Motion to defer: Marty Littleton 2nd: Reid Casey Vote: 4-0. Motion approved c. Cogburn Road Demo, 14505 Cogburn Road Request(s): • Owner is subdividing property in order to construct a new residence. The existing outbuildings encroach into the building setback lines and need to be removed for approval. Motion to approve: Tim Bryan 2nd: Reid Casey Vote: 4-0. Motion approved d. V18-009, 175 Gladwyne Ridge Road Request(s): • To allow a structure to encroach into the 75 foot impervious setback. • To allow the septic tank system to encroach into the 75 foot impervious setback. Comments: • The septic will be the hard part once the house is built • Make sure there is room for septic • 4,000 square foot house requirement per HOA • Talk to staff regarding building placement and any retaining walls c. Legacy Crossing, 13695 Highway 9 Request(s): • To paint Center Comments: • If the building was painted the right white, it would help • Prefer one color. Some sort of earth tones • Should be a mix of what is up the street • The building just doesn’t fit in with the rest of the area • Bring pictures/color samples for us to see • Be careful of color on the actual material • See samples on the actually unit • Paint should be an eggshell finish 8) New business 9) Old business 10) Adjournment
