Adoption/Amendment of Agenda Motion to approve agenda: Todd Chernik 2nd: Kim Keller Vote: 5-0. Motion approved 4. Approval of July meeting minutes Motion to approve agenda: Ken Sission 2nd: Hodge Patel Vote: 4-0, Todd Chernik abstained. Motion approved 5. Consideration of Primary Variances a. V18-005, 3505 Bethany Bend Request(s): • To allow a monument sign to not be located at the entrance. • To allow two directional signs. • To allow a 90 degree sign. Request(s): • To allow a guest house to be located in the front yard. Motion to defer to next month: Todd Chernik 2nd: Hodge Patel Vote: 5-0. Motion approved b. V18-007, 790 Landrum Road Request(s): • To allow a guest house to be located in the front yard. Motion to defer to next month: Hodge Patel 2nd: Don Curt Vote: 5-0. Motion approved b. V18-009, 175 Gladwyne Ridge Request(s): • To allow a structure to encroach into the 75 foot impervious setback. • To allow the septic tank system to encroach into the 75 foot impervious setback.
