Those in opposition in bordering subdivisions statements about traffic and property values need to look in the mirror, as both of those "rural" subdivisions were Page 2 of 2 not blocked from sewer and both of those "rural" subdivisions increased traffic dramatically and both of those "rural" subdivisions sit on land that used to be farms. Also, should the City of Milton not block sewer access from this property, others will use this precedent as they make the decision to sell out and move on due to their interests not being protected.
