HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE NO 17 06 320I I I STATE OF GEORGIA COUTY OF FULTON ORDINANCE NO. 17-06-320 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND APPENDIX A, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES FEES AND OTHER CHARGES, CHAPTER 4 OF THE MILTON CITY CODE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Milton, GA while in a regularly called council meeting on June 5, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. does hereby ratify and approve the following Ordinance: SECTION 1. Pursuant to that authorization in Chapter 4 of the Milton Code, Appendix A of the Milton Code is hereby amended to include a table of fees and charges that may be assessed and collected related to alcoholic beverages, with the schedule of said fees and charges as set forth in Exhibit A to this Ordinance. SECTION 2. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, or regulations in conflict herewith are repealed . SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption.
