PARKS AND RECREATION FEES AND OTHER CHARGES, CHAPTER 34, SECTION 24 OF THE MILTON CITY CODE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Milton, GA while in a regularly called council meeting on April 8, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. does hereby ratify and approve the following Ordinance: SECTION 1. Pursuant to that authorization in Chapter 34, Section 24 (N 2-8) of the Milton Code, Appendix A of the Milton Code is hereby amended to include a table of fees and charges that may be assessed and collected for access and use of City -owned or controlled parks, recreational fields and cultural amenities, with the schedule of said fees and charges as set forth in Exhibit A to this Ordinance. SECTION 2. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, or regulations in conflict herewith are repealed. SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption.
