Provide a complete fence barrier detail as applicable for this
project -include fence type, height, and precise location on Site
plan -include all gates and locations -fence barrier shall comply with
2012 ISPSC (International Swimming Pool and Spa Code) -gates shall
be self-closing/self-latching and swing outward away from pool -
show locking mechanism type and height location at gate.
2.) Verify if a code compliant pool/spa cover will be provided, per
2009 IECC (International Energy Conservation Code)/Section
403.9.3 requirements.
3.) Verify that alarms -2017 UL compliant- will be included for all doors
and windows with direct access into pool area.
4.) Provide a complete pool/spa construction detail -info should
include clear and precise details of pool/spa-3ea copies. (Note:
some info was provided but was not complete -see attached
example of pool sketch)

,. locations as applicable, per 2012 ISPSC/Section 809-3ea copies.

6.) Verify if a float rope will be required, as applicable at first point

Provide any required modifications to the plan set and resubmit 3 copies to
the permit office for further review. Any revisions to a plan sheet must be date
referenced in the title block and clouded on the plan sets. Direct any questions
