As Permitee, in consideration of the City of Milton accepting a building permit that was originally issued by Fulton County, and as I was pot able to obtain all
required inspections in order to complete the project, and as I was unable to obtain the Certificate of Occupancy from Fulton County by December 22, 2006 and
said permit was then re -issued by the City of Milton, I agree to be responsible for all inspection fees for all inspections requested of and erforrned by the City
of Sandy Springs inspection staff at this site, at the rate of.$100.00 per inspection,.and will make payment in full at the time of applicatior for the Certificate of
Occupancy by the City of Milton.
TOTAL BUILDING PERMIT FEES:
Separate permit is required for building, plumbing, mechanical, or electrical work. Permit becomes null and.void if work authorize J is not commenced
and a required inspection is requested and passed within six (6) months of issue date or the project is inactive for any six (6) mo th period..Late permits
are subject to double fees.
