The CityView proposal contains trade secrets and confidential commercial or financial information that CityView believes to be exempt from disclosure under Georgia's Public Records Law. CityView requests that this information not be disclosed to the public, except as may be required by law. This information is considered proprietary and confidential because it contains specific product architectural and functional descriptions. The marked product descriptions are considered and treated as trade secret by CityView. CityView requests their pricing information be treated as confidential as competitors in our market could obtain unfair advantages should they have access, as they are very often bidding on the same RFPs as CityView.
