That Chapter 34 of Appendix A of The Code of the City of Milton, Georgia, is hereby amended by replacing the existing Chapter 34 of Appendix A in its entirety and substituting the new Chapter 34 of Appendix A, attached hereto. SECTION 2. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, or regulations in conflict herewith are repealed. SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption.
