Based upon that Ordinance finding, pertinent State law, and upon the Governor’s declaration of a statewide emergency, this meeting of the City Council will be conducted virtually using Zoom Webinar. This platform will allow for the public and media to observe the online, streaming meeting in real time via a computer or telephone.
