1) RZ13-21- 975 Birmingham Road and 15755 Birmingham Hwy containing a total
of 22.3 acres by Acadia Homes and Neighborhoods LLC to rezone from
MIX(Mixed Use) and AG-1 (Agricultural) to CUP (Community Unit Plan) to
develop 55 single family residences.
The applicant has requested to withdraw the request. A public hearing will
be held if necessary.
2) RZ13-18 - 14738 Birmingham Hwy by Piedmont Atlantic Capital to rezone from
AG-1 (Agricultural) to CUP (Community Unit Plan) to develop 17 single family
residences.
The Planning Commission recommended Deferral to the January 29, 2014
meeting to allow further information be collected by the City Staff. Since that
time, it has been determined that the parcel in question has not been
dedicated to the City. The situation remains unresolved and therefore, Staff
recommends Deferral of the item. A public hearing will be held if necessary.
3) RZ13-20 -16340 Birmingham Hwy with additional frontage on New Bull Pen
Road containing a total of approximately 65.71 acres by Christopher Perry to

rezone from AG-1 to CUP (Community Unit Plan) to develop 54 single family
residences.

1) RZ13-22 - To amend Chapter 64, Article VII, Division 6 Northwest Fulton
Overlay District
