Please remember as you look at the financial statements that there are several revenue sources whose collections in the first two periods of a new fiscal year will be accrued back to the previous fiscal year. It is a generally accepted accounting principle to apply the revenue to the period it is intended for. Total expenditures to-date are $4,587,986 and are 10.92% less than expected for this period of the fiscal year. Capital Project Fund Expenditures within this fund continue to occur on a project-by-project basis. With a total project expenditure budget of $16,778,755, capital expenditures-to-date total $1,350,311. Please note that the financial statements for capital related funds include current encumbrances.
