Three tracts, total 9.9 acres. Tracts are to be combined and then divided into two equal sized lots for
single-family houses.
The proposed demolition is for a 720 SF one-story single-family house and an 80 square foot open wood
frame shed. The house is not occupied, and it is very poor condition.
® Improve existing driveway with additional stone for access and erosion control
• Establish construction entrance at street with stone and fabric
® Asbestos abatement of non -friable roofing mastic, approximately 200 square feet
® Vermin control
® Pump septic tank
® Installation of tree save fencing for one tree
® Removal of the existing 720 square foot home
® Removal of an existing 80 square foot open shed
® Demolish septic tank on site
® After demolition has been completed the disturbed area would have grass planted with mulch
® Silt fencing would be installed around disturbed area
• Limited Asbestos Survey
• Electric Power service has been disconnected
• Propane Gas tank has been disconnected and removed
• Water service has been disconnected
