Approval of October action minutes  Motion to approve, Sandy Jones  2nd, Todd Chernik  Motion approved, 6-0 IV. Public Hearing A. V09-012, 13045 Highway 9 North, Deerfield Place, Sembler Atlanta, Brian Snelling  Request(s):  To allow an additional primary monument sign  To allow a primary monument sign to be internally illuminated  To allow a primary monument sign to exceed the maximum allowable height  To allow a primary monument sign to exceed the maximum allowable square footage (Article 33.26.1.B)  Motion to approve with conditions, Walt Rekuc  Conditions: 1. Sign to be constructed, per Option B , DeNyse Signs detail, dated 7/29/2007  2nd—Gary Willis  Motion failed, 2-4  Motion to defer until December meeting, Todd Chernik  The applicant is asked to provide a layout of the proposed tenant panels  2nd—Marcia Parsons  Motion passed 5-1 B. V09-013, 2225 Dinsmore Road, Valley View Estates, A Classical Studio, David Grace  Request(s):  To allow a detached garage to encroach into the 25’ side yard setback (Article 5.1.3) City of Milton Deerfield Professional Centre 13000 Deerfield Parkway Building 100, Milton, GA 30004  Motion to approve with conditions, Walt Rekuc  Conditions: 1. Install tree protection fencing around construction area 2. Garage materials should match those of the existing house  2nd—Gary Willis  Motion passed, 6-0 C.
