Approval/Amendment of Agenda Motion to Approve Amended Agenda: Todd Chernik 2nd: Hodge Patel Vote: 4-0, Motion Approved 5. Approval of October meeting minutes Motion to Approve Minutes: Todd Chernik 2nd: Brenda Hamstead Vote: 4-0, Motion Approved 6. Public Comment - None 7. Consideration of Primary Variances a. V19-001, 13725 Providence Road Request(s): • To allow remodeling and addition to existing residence in the 50 foot stream buffer and 75 foot impervious setback. • To allow a pool inside 50 foot stream buffer and 75 foot impervious setback. Motion to Deny Part 1 & 2: Todd Chernik 2nd: Brenda Hamstead Vote: 1-3, Motion did not pass. Jason Cole, Todd Chernik, and Hodge Patel were in opposition. Motion to defer to next scheduled meeting: Jason Cole 2nd: Todd Chernik Vote: 4-0, Motion Approved Recommendation of items to bring to next meeting: • Street view rendering of the structures • Driveway location • Site plan with pool, pool house, and other structures removed b. V19-002, 305 Darby Road Request(s): • To allow a structure to encroach into the 75 foot impervious setback. Motion to Approve with Condition(s): Brenda Hamstead Conditions: • Approved per site plan dated December 18, 2018 by Sullins Engineering, LLC. • There be a silt fence at the 50 foot buffer during construction. • An infiltration or mitigation plan to be included. • The above ground pool and outside storage shed to be removed. 2nd: Todd Chernik Vote: 4-0, Motion Approved c. V19-003, 622 N. Main Street Request(s): • To increase the maximum number of wall signs to three (3). Motion to Approve with Condition(s): Hodge Patel Condition(s): • Approved per plan dated 1/10/2017 by Elro Signs. 2nd: Jason Cole Vote: 4-0, Motion Approved d. V19-004, 2420 Saddlesprings Drive Request(s): • To allow a septic system to encroach into the 75 foot impervious setback. Motion to deny: Todd Chernik 2nd: Hodge Patel Vote: 3-1, Motion Approved Jason Cole was in opposition. 8. Consideration of Appeals/Secondary Variances - None 9. Old business - None 10.
