5. Approval of March meeting minutes
Motion to Approve: Todd Chernik
2nd: Hodge Patel
Vote: 4-0*, Motion Approved.
*Kim Keller and Don Curt abstained as they were not present last month.
6. Consideration of Primary Variances
a. V19-001, 13725 Providence Road – Deferred from last month
Request(s):
• To allow remodeling and addition to existing residence in the
50 foot stream buffer and 75 foot impervious setback.
• To allow a pool inside 50 foot stream buffer and 75 foot
impervious setback.
Motion to Approve part one with Conditions: Todd Chernik
2nd: Jason Cole
Conditions:
• Per the revised site plan stamped April 12, 2019 by Brumbelow –
Reese & Associates, Inc. So as:
o The proposed house shall be the same footprint and location
of the former house within the 50 foot stream buffer and 75
foot impervious setback.
o Allowable modifications outside of the buffers with approval
from the City Architect.
• During construction maintain temporary fence at 50 foot stream
buffer to manage construction intrusion into stream buffers.
• Re-planting plan for buffers to be approved by City Arborist.
• Provide stormwater mitigation plan, to be approved by City Staff.
• Existing driveway parallel to stream shall be changed to pervious
material.
Vote: 6-0, Motion Approved
*Motion to withdraw part two by applicant was accepted by the Board
