Approval of June meeting minutes Motion to Approve: Don Curt 2nd: Kim Keller Vote: 4-0, Motion Approved 6. Consideration of Primary Variances a. V19-007, 15825 Westbrook Road Request(s): • To reduce the east property side setback from 25 feet to 20 feet for existing house and addition. (Sec. 64-416, c, 1) Motion to Defer to next month’s meeting: Hodge Patel 2nd: Jason Cole Vote: 4-0, Motion Approved 7. Consideration of Appeals/Secondary Variances 8. Old business a. V19-005, 13925 Hagood Road Update 9. New business a. To add the option of an administrative deferral to the Board of Zoning Appels By-Laws. Motion to grant the City Attorney to draft documentation for an administrative deferral: Kim Keller 2nd: Hodge Patel Vote: 4-0, Motion Approved b. To request a time change for the Board of Zoning Appeals to meet at 6:00 pm instead of 7:00 pm The Board would like for all board members to be present to discuss item. c. City Staff to give the Board an update on adding an item on the variance application to get applicant’s permission for board members to access property during variance hearing period. A draft will be presented to the board members at the next scheduled meeting. 10. Adjournment
