6. Consideration of Primary Variances
a. V19-009, 175 Gladwyne Ridge Drive – Deferred from last month
Request(s):
• To allow a structure to encroach into the 75 foot impervious
setback (Sec. 20-426, 2)

b. V19-010, 16380 Laconia Lane
Request(s):
• To allow a pool, pool deck, and pool equipment to be located in
the front yard (Sec. 64-1609, b, 1).
Motion to Approve with Conditions: Todd Chernik
Conditions:
• Per site dated September 30, 2019 prepared for Jay Bowling by
Atlanta Outdoor Design.
• Ensuring the reserve septic location is contained and noted in the
permit process.
• Make sure that overflow mitigation is in place to protect the
wetlands.

8. Old business
a. To circulate the Board of Zoning Appeals By-Laws to the Board
Members.

a. To approve the Board of Zoning Appeals 2020 Calendar

b. Board will vote on the meeting time for the 2020 Calendar at next
scheduled meeting.
