V19-013, 980 Birmingham Road, Suite 811 Request(s): • To allow more than one freestanding sign per right-of-way. (Sec. 64-2326, a, 2, c) • To allow a sign to be constructed of plastic material. (Sec. 64-2326, a, 1, c) • To allow the sign face to be constructed of plastic. (Sec. 64-2326, a, 1, d). • To allow a pole/lollypop sign. V19-009, 175 Gladwyne Ridge Drive – Deferred from last month Request(s): • To allow a structure to encroach into the 75 foot impervious setback (Sec. 20-426, 2) Motion to Approve with Conditions: Todd Chernik Conditions: • Per the site plan dated 12/17/19 by Farm Chic Design to also include dimensions per the City Architect. • Approval of design is required by the City Architect. • Provide a mitigation plan shall be provided for runoff. • Planting plan to be approved by City Arborist. • Four foot tall wire back silt fence to be installed during construction at the 50 foot stream buffer to prevent intrusion in the 50 foot stream buffer during construction. • No impervious surface below the elevated side yard deck. • Reserve septic tank and pump line encroachment as noted on site plan. 2nd: Hodge Patel Vote: 6-0, Motion Approved c. V19-012, 14915 Thompson Road Request(s): • To reduce the side setback from 25 feet to 14.5 feet for the existing residence and 1 foot for the accessory structure. (Sec. 64-416, c, 1) Motion to Approve with Conditions: Todd Chernik Conditions: • The accessory structure size, location, and encroachment to remain as noted in the As-Built plat on page 6, Exhibit A. • The existing home size and location to remain. Any future home build side yard encroachment not to exceed the existing house square foot encroachment as noted on page 6, Exhibit A. 2nd: Jason Cole Vote: 6-0, Motion Approved d. V19-014, 643 Glenover Drive Request(s): • To allow a pool, pool deck, and pool equipment to encroach into the 75 foot impervious setback.
