Please be advised, the material details of the rezoning and use petitions received on or before the September 2011 submittal deadline are as follows: 2 REZONING/USE PERMIT/TEXT AMENDMENT Agenda Item/ Location/Applicant Request U11-02 / VC11-04 12830 New Providence Road Inner Quest Church 5 acres RZ11-18 -Text Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance To expand the existing 3,700 square foot church to add a new building consisting of a 7,776 square foot sanctuary for a total of 11,576 square feet within 2 buildings a total of 224 seats. The applicant is also requesting a 4 part concurrent variance for the following: 1) To reduce the 75 foot undisturbed buffer and 10 foot improvement setback along the west property line where the existing parking lot encroaches to a 25 foot undisturbed buffer and 10 foot improvement setback (64-1141(3)(b.)); 2) To reduce the 75 foot undisturbed buffer and 10 foot improvement setback along the north property line where the existing and proposed parking encroach to a 25 foot undisturbed buffer and 10 foot improvement setback (64-1141(3)(b)); 3) To allow a 6 over 8 roof pitch (64-1146(3)(a)); 4) To increase the front setback from 30 feet from the landscape strip to 250 feet (64-1145(3) (b)).
