Judy Burds brought up concerns about fireworks. Discussion ensued regarding

Creek makes property owners/tenants liable for damage caused by fireworks.
NEW BUSINESS
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Fireworks: Steve Krokoff provided an update on the the city's approach to
citations and enforcement regarding fireworks and other noise ordinance
violation issues. A violation occurs when a noise is loud and unreasonable
with no need to measure decibels for fireworks. He also brought up the
idea of mapping out farm zones as potential noise free zones.
Sara Leaders discussed implementation of improvements in Birmingham
Park and future servicing of trails going forward. She also led a discussion
of priorities for improvements. High priority areas included trailer parking,
having water available and repairing some of the washed out areas near
the entrance.
Brian Maloney discussed Milton Equestrian Committee representation at
Crabapple Fest. The trail mapping exercise was postponed for reasons of
time.
