1) Call to order / Pledge of allegiance.
Members Present: Reid Casey, Laura Wysong, Lee Collins, and Charlie
Roberts, Beniquez Palmer, Jeff Dufresne.

4) Approval of May meeting minutes
Comment by Charlie: Rewrite the DRB comments in case of V21-09 to include CUP
comments.
Motion to Approved the meeting minutes: Reid Casey.

a. 16348 Freemanville Road
Request(s):
Remove 2 small sheds and 1 wood framed house with no walls or
foundation, total 3 structures to be removed.
Motion to Approve: Charlie Roberts

Comment: very good documentation of tree save plan. (Charlie)

Request(s):
Demolition of existing residence, pool, and tennis court.

c. 15135 Hopewell Road (Trophy Club of Atlanta)
Request(s):
Demolish existing structures on the property to develop large lots
(3 acre or more) subdivision.
Motion to Approve with conditions that approve a demo permit when
notices are sent to surrounding subdivision’s households and 2 open
houses are conducted to inform the public about the proposed project:
Reid Casey.

6) Courtesy Reviews
a. V21-12, 1255 Birmingham Road
Request(s):
• To allow an existing guest house to be located in front of the
primary structure (Sec. 64-1598 (b)(5))
• To allow the existing guest house to exceed the 1500 square feet
limit. (Sec. 64-1598 (b)(3))
• To allow the existing accessory structures housing animals to be
located less than 100 feet from the property line. (Sec. 64-415(a)(9))
Comments:
The DRB recommends approval of all three variances.
