Councilmember Cookerly seconded the motion. The motion passed (7-0). Consideration of a Resolution to Set Qualifying Fees for the 2021 Municipal Elections. Motion and Vote: Councilmember Bentley moved to approve the Consent Agenda Items. Councilmember Longoria seconded the motion. The motion passed (7-0). 2. Consideration of a Resolution Appointing a Chair to the Milton Citizens Advisory Committee for the City of Milton 2040 Comprehensive Plan – The Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC). (Agenda Item No. 21-013) (Robert Buscemi, Interim Community Development Director) Motion and Vote: Councilmember Bentley moved to appoint Todd Churnick as Chair to the Milton Citizens Advisory Committee. Councilmember Moore seconded the motion. The motion passed (7-0). 3. Consideration of the Issuance of an Alcohol Beverage License to Milton Wine & Crystal, LLC, 12660 Crabapple Road, Suite 110, Milton, GA 30004. (Agenda Item No. 21-014) (Bernadette Harvill, Finance Director) Motion and Vote: Councilmember Mohrig moved to approve Agenda Item No. 21-014. Councilmember Jamison seconded the motion. The motion passed (7-0). 4. Consideration of the Issuance of an Alcohol Beverage License to Milton Scratch Fresh, LLC, dba Scratch Fresh, 12980 Hwy 9, Suite 160, Milton, GA 30004. (Agenda Item No. 21-015) (Bernadette Harvill, Finance Director) Motion and Vote: Councilmember Longoria moved to approve Agenda Item No. 21-015. Councilmember Moore seconded the motion. Councilmember Mohrig seconded the motion. The motion passed (7-0). RECONVENE Motion and Vote: Councilmember Longoria moved to reconvene the Regular Meeting at 8:25 p.m. Councilmember Moore seconded the motion. The motion passed (6-0). Councilmember Cookerly was absent from the vote. 16) ADJOURNMENT (Agenda Item No. 21-016) Motion and Vote: Councilmember Longoria moved to adjourn the Regular Meeting at 8:26 p.m. Councilmember Moore seconded the motion. The motion passed (6-0). Councilmember Cookerly was absent from the vote.
