Peyton Jamison to serve as Mayor Pro Tem. Councilmember Cookerly
seconded the motion. The motion passed (7-0).

Agenda Items. Councilmember Longoria seconded the motion. The motion

2. Consideration of a Resolution Appointing a Chair to the Milton Citizens
Advisory Committee for the City of Milton 2040 Comprehensive Plan – The
Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC).

Wine & Crystal, LLC, 12660 Crabapple Road, Suite 110, Milton, GA 30004.

Session at 7:50 p.m. to discuss land acquisition, pending litigation and personnel.
Councilmember Mohrig seconded the motion. The motion passed (7-0).

Motion and Vote: Councilmember Longoria moved to reconvene the Regular
Meeting at 8:25 p.m. Councilmember Moore seconded the motion. The motion
passed (6-0). Councilmember Cookerly was absent from the vote.
