21-250. Councilmember Moore seconded the motion. The motion passed (6-0).

Motion and Vote: Councilmember Moore moved to approve Agenda Item No. 21-251
with the stipulation that a condition be placed on lots 9 and 10 that variances will not
be granted for relief from buffer setbacks. Councilmember Mohrig seconded the
motion. The motion passed (6-0). Councilmember Longoria was absent from the
meeting.
