Ebenezer Road) by Brightwater Home s, LLC. It is zoned AG-1
(Agricultural). The applicant has requested t o subdivide 25.29
acres into 19 single family lots at a density of 0.75 unit per acre.
b) Claxton Subdivision is located at 15070 and 15140 Hopewell
Road by Brumbelow-Reese and Associates. It is zoned AG -1
(Agricultural). The applicant has requested to subdivide 17.45
acres into 12 single family lots at a density of 0.68 unit per acre.
c) Garden at Sweetapple Subdivis ion is located at 13330 Arnold Mill
Road by David Pearson Communities. It is zoned AG -1
(Agricultural). The applicant requested to subdivide 44.35 acres
into 32 single family lots at a density of 0.72 unit per acre.
