Consideration of a Memorandum of Understanding Between the City of Milton and the City of Alpharetta to Waive Non-Resident Fees Associated with Youth Softball and Youth Lacrosse Programming. (Agenda Item No. 21-326) (Tom McKlveen, Parks and Recreation Manager) Motion and Vote: Councilmember Bentley moved to approve Agenda Item No. 21-326. Councilmember Moore seconded the motion. The motion passed (7-0). B. Consideration of a Resolution to Amend Something Previously Adopted, to Wit, to Substitute a Refined and Clarified Omnibus Version of Chapter 4 and Appendix A that Addresses Scrivener’s Errors, Proposed Modifications that were Omitted on October 18, 2021, and Otherwise to Clean Up Errant Language in the Definitional Sections to Ensure the Will of the Council is Captured, and for Other Miscellaneous Purposes. (Agenda Item No. 21-327) (Bernadette Harvill, Asst. City Manager) Motion and Vote: Councilmember Longoria moved to approve Agenda Item No. 21-327. Councilmember Cookerly seconded the motion.
