Todd Chernik recuses himself from the proceedings of variance petition V21-25.

Request(s):
• To allow the lot coverage for an R2-A zoned property that fronts a
public street to go from 20 percent to 28.7 percent. (Sec. 64-
1141(d)(1)(b)).
• To allow the pool house in the rear set back 19 feet from the North
property line (Sec. 64-485(d)).

Motion to allow existing garage in the setback to remain as per
location shown in the site plan received on November 2nd 2021,
intended use to be storage facility at the same location with 3
conditions: Todd

1. Architecture of the garage to be approved by the City Architect.
2. Building material of proposed garage to match the existing house.
3. Water mitigation to be assessed by the city-staff at the plan review
