The motion was seconded by Fred Edwards. The motion passed unanimously to elect Sumeet Shah as Chairman for 2021. A motion was made by Fred Edwards to nominate Ron Gilbert as Vice -Chairman of the Planning Commission. The motion was seconded by Jan Jacobus. The motion pa sed unanimously to elect Ron Gilbert as Vice -Chairman for 2021. Public Comment -There was no public comment. Approval of Action Minutes a) Sep -ember 23, 2020 Planning Commission Meeting -A motion was made by l+ ed Edwards to recommend approval of the Action Minutes with the correction of the word "bear" to "beer" under RI20-19. The motion was seconded by Kurt Nolte. The motion passed unanimously. 6. Rezoningsland Use Permits aj R22-01/VC21-01 - To rezone from T5 Limited to AL (Apartment Limited Dw Iling) to correct a legal nonconformity with regard to density of a mufti -family project that was built in 2001. No changes to the existing development are proposed with a total of 554 units at a density of 18.43 units per acre on 30.05 acres and a two-part concurrent variance to al fe A motion approve A motion approval passed u existing tennis courts, fencing and exisfing swimming pool and ng as shown on site plan. Text Amendments a) RZ21-02 - Sec. 64-1 Definitions (As it relates to driveways and large lot incentives.) A motion v+ as made by Ron Gilbert and seconded by Fred Edwards to recommend approval as recommended by Staff with the following amendment to Sec. 64-1 - Definitions (4) Driveway, modified single-family residential, access or shared (private drive) to read as follows "...and may provide access to any number of single family residential lots provided that the accessed lots are each a minimur h of three acres in size." The motion passed unanimously. b) RZ211-03 - Sec. 64-1609 - Swimming Pools (As it relates to location of swimming pools on flag lots.)
