Call to Order - The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.

Public Comment - There was no public comment.
Approval f Action Minutes
a) Feb(uary 24, 2021 Planning Commission Meeting - A motion was made
by Fied Edwards to recommend approval of the Action Minutes as
pre4nted. The motion was seconded by Ron Gilbert. The motion passed
unanimously.
Rezoning
a) RT_21 �104/VC21-02 - 13555 Blakmaral Lane by Jim Rosenberger
To rezone from CUP (Community Unit Plan) to AG-1 on 10.80 acres at a density of
.092 ni# per acre to construct a new single-family residence and to allow the
existi.g accessory structure to be in the front yard. (Sec. 64-416(i) )
A motion was made by Kurt Nolte and seconded by Fred Edwards to
recommend Approval Conditional with the following change to condition
1.c. o read as follows:
"A vinery with customer visits and purchase of wine by appointment only
with I maximum of 5 appointments per day with a maximum number of
customers of 10 persons at any time with hours of operation from 9 a.m. to
6 p. rfn. "
The �otion passed unanimously.
b. Discussion Hof Flag Lots - This item was deferred from the February meeting for
further deliberation on the topic. Mr. Robert Buscemi spoke about the impact of
flag lots an the development within the City. The Planning Commissioners had
further discussions and agreed to recommend requesting Staff to craft a text
amendm nt to eliminate flag lots in the City.
