Location: 1240 Mayfield Road – Heatherton Subdivision Applicant: David Edwards, NPC-English, LLC Request(s): • Demolish a house and accessory structures on the property. Motion to Approve: Reid Casey 2nd: Doug Hene Vote: 6-0 (Approved) b. Location:14985 Freemanville Road – The Meadows Parkside Applicant: Greg Amico, Southern Homes & Restoration Group Request(s): • Demolish existing structures on the site. V22-01, 505 Dorris Road Applicant: Denise Brown Request(s): • To allow the existing accessory structure in R-2 zone property to remain 2 feet inside the side-yard setback and allow interior improvements (Sec. 64-462(c)(1)). Comments: Recommends approval. b. V22-02, 14225 Birmingham Highway Applicant: Kassam Shafik Request(s): • To allow a proposed guesthouse to be located in the side-yard (Sec. 64-1598(b)(1)). Comments: Hold for 30 days to revise the elevations of the accessory building. (Sec. 64- 1141(d)(1)(a)). Comments: Recommends approval. e. V22-05, 560 Glen Hampton Drive Applicant: Rick McDermott, Aqua Blue Pools Request(s): • To allow a pool, pool deck and a fire pit to encroach into 75-foot impervious setback (Section 20-426(2)). Comments: Recommends approval. 7) Final reviews a. Building #2 of Milton Point at Broadwell Boulevard i. Original DRB approval April 2019 (see attached Documents) ii. Revised DRB approval for Building #1 (November 2021) iii.
