(2 — 0 S— & I q FULTON COUNTY A RESOLUTION APPOINTING BERNIE TOKARZ AS THE CITY OF MILTON REPRESENTATIVE TO THE NORTH FULTON COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BOARD The Council of the City of Milton hereby resolves while in regular session on the 15th day of August 2022 at 6:00 pm.: WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Milton approved the City's participation in the North Fulton Community Improvement District; and, WHEREAS, participation in the North Fulton Community Improvement District (CID) requires that the City name a representative to the CID Board; and, WHEREAS, Bernie Tokarz is named the City of Milton Representative to the CID Board replacing John Bell, who served as the City of Milton Representative to the CID Board since September 20, 2007. NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MILTON this 15th day of August 2022, that Bernie Tokarz is hereby appointed as the representative of the City of Milton to the North Fulton Community Improvement District Board.
