ORDINANCE
RZ21-20
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ARTICLE VI, ZONING TEXT, DISTRICT
CLASSIFCIATIONS AND BOUNDARIES - TO AMEND FENCE AND WALLS
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Milton, GA while in a regularly called
council meeting on February 7, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. as follows:
SECTION 1. That amends specifically Sec. 64-417 AG-1, Sec. 64-440 R-1, Sec. 64-
463 R-2, and Sec. 64-486 R-2A, to fence and walls is adopted and approved; anc
is attached hereto as if fully set forth herein, and;
SECTION 2. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, or regulations in conflict herewith
are repealed.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption.

(a)
Fencing along exterior streets shall be-astellews comply with the following:

Fencing for the lots along interior subdivision streets, including front, side corner, side and rear of platted
subdivision lots shall be as comply with the following:
(1) Allowed fencing material and type along the front is limited to e,_n,

(3) Fences shall not exceed eight feet in height but not including fencing in the front which shall not
