Comments: DRB accepts the architecture of new adiition DRB recommends approval of the variance b. Deerfield Dentistry, 4855 Windward Parkway Preliminary Building Review Applicant: Gary Lawery, Craig Waldron Comments: Provide the material specifications in writing in the packet. Shown brick and stone colors are acceptable, provide colors of shingles and metal roof for final review. Provide color of pervious pavers on the site paving plan.
