To allow existing accessory structures to remain in the City of Milton’s 50- foot stream buffer and 75-foot impervious setback (Sec. 20-426(1) (2)). Comments: DRB recommends approval of the variance. B. V22-14, 1200 Nix Road Applicant: Faye Colbert Request(s): 1. To allow existing home to encroach the 60-foot front yard setback by 8 feet (Section 64-416(b)). 2. To allow existing detached garage to encroach the 60-foot front yard setback by 23 feet (Section 64-416(b)). 3. To allow the existing detached garage to remain in front of the primary home (Sec. 64-416(i)). Comments: DRB recommends approval of the variance. C. V22-15, 580 Owens Farm Road Applicant: Robert Cunningham Request(s): 1. To allow existing greenhouse to encroach 50-foot rear setback by 39 feet. (Section 64-416 (b)). 2. To allow existing green house to encroach 25-foot side yard setback by 21 feet. (Section 64-416 (c)(1). 3. To allow the lot coverage for an AG-1 zoned property that fronts a public street to increase from a maximum allowed of 20 percent to 24.94 percent. (Sec. 64-1141(d)(1)(b)). DRB recommends screening by landscaping. D. V22-16, 625 Old Dorris Road Applicant: Evantures Pools, LLC Request(s): 1. To allow existing structures to remain in the City of Milton's 50-foot stream buffer and 75-foot impervious setback (Section 20-426(1)(2)). 2. To allow existing detached garage to remain in front of the primary home (Section 64-416(i)). 3. To allow existing detached garage to encroach the 60-foot front yard setback by 43 feet (Section 64-416(b)). Comments: The structures are dilapidated and maybe suitable to remove. DRB allows the variance to be granted. 7. FINAL REVIEWS A.
