COURTESY REVIEWS A. V22-26, 13845 Brittle Road Applicant: Steve Laboda Request(s): • To allow a proposed accessory structure to remain in front of the primary house. (Sec. 64-416(i)). Comments: DRB reviewed the architecture of the barn and approves the style of the structure. DRB strongly recommends approval of the variance request because the property and the proposed structure are consistent with the desired character in Milton. B. V22-27, 14455 Thompson Road Applicant: Alasdair Rambaud Request(s): • To allow an existing barn to encroach into the 100-foot building setback for housing animals by 76 feet. (Sec. 64-415 (4)(a)). Comments: DRB recommends approval of the variance request based on the fact that it has been on site prior to the City’s inception and all the neighbors are in support of the variance. 7.
