Comments:
DRB recommends approval of this Use permit. DRB prefers the parking requirement to be determined by the City Council.

• To allow an existing accessory structure to encroach the 50-foot rear setback requirement by 41.6 feet (Sec. 64-416)(d)).
Comments:
DRB recommends approval of the requested variance.

• To allow an existing single-family home and concrete patio to remain in the City of Milton’s 50-foot stream buffer and 75-foot impervious setback (Sec. 64-426(1)(2)).

Comments:
DRB recommends approval of the requested variances.

DRB recommends approval of the requested variances.

Comments:
DRB recommends approval of the requested variances. DRB prefers the metal siding on the carport to be changed to wood.

A. Ray Hall Office Building, 12920 Highway 9 (Building Review)
Applicant: James Slaughter
Request(s):
• Building review - minor exterior changes with new porch and deck.
Motion to defer until the next DRB meeting: Charlie Roberts

Comments:
Provide metal roof sample color. Add shutters to the windows and provide color samples. Make the posts wider and reposition them to unblock the windows. Add the brackets to the posts.
Texture variation to the front elevation is preferred. DRB recommends no signage on the exposed parapet wall.
B. Muse Salon, 825 Mayfield Road (Building Review)
Applicant: Michael DeCarlo/DeCarlo Hawker Architects
Request(s):
• Building/architectural review of building renovation which includes repaint of exterior wall, installation of front windows, and enlarging interior footprint under two existing covered
porch areas.
