DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURES A. 15370 Freemanville Road  Applicant:  Emmett Chupp Request(s):  • Demolition of the existing old house. COURTESY REVIEWS A. 7 Acre Breakfast (Building Review)  Applicant:  Curtis Mills Request(s):  • A breakfast restaurant with an open courtyard and adjustment pavilion to be used for weddings and other events. Comments: The DRB supports the proposed location of the building on the site. The DRB recommends adding brackets, and muntin on the windows. Provide colors for the roof and gutter. Provide railing details. Provide all material specifications. B. V23-09, 15245 Birmingham Hwy Applicant:   Andy Young Request(s):  • To allow an existing accessory structure to encroach the 50-foot rear setback requirement by 41.6 feet (Sec. 64-416)(d)). Comments: The DRB recommends approval of the requested variance. If approved by the BZA, the DRB would like to review the architecture of the guesthouse to make it more aligned with Milton’s Rural Viewshed Character. 7. FINAL REVIEWS A. Alpha Spine Center (Building Review) Applicant: Mickey Tims Request(s):  • Modification of an existing office to enclose an existing porch. All exterior materials and finishes are to match existing. Motion to Approve: Doug Hene 2nd: Ken Warlick Vote: 5-0 (Approved) 8. NEW BUSINESS A. Report on the District at Mayfield The various text amendments are proposed to envision the Concept Plan presented to the Mayor and Council on March 20, 2023. The next Public Hearing for the Text Amendment related to the District at Mayfield is on June 5, 2023. 9. OLD BUSINESS A. None 10.
