Request(s):
To allow the lot coverage for an AG-1 zoned property that fronts a public street to increase from a maximum allowed of 20 percent to 24.2 percent. (Section 64-1141(d)(1)(b)).
To allow existing deck to encroach into the 50-foot rear setback by 16 feet, and to allow existing corner of home to encroach into the 50-foot rear setback by 1 foot. (Section 64-416
(d)).

Request(s):
To allow existing greenhouse to encroach 50-foot rear setback by 39 feet. (Section 64-416 (d)).
